Each session is 60MIN each. Every workout we will go through a warm up best suited for you to stay resilient. Then as we go the main workout; I will cue you on the specific sets and reps needed. Every set I will give you feedback on what needs to be corrected or progressed. Toward the end of the session, we will review the workout, and I will answer any questions. I will then email you a custom PDF file of everything we did with hyperlinked video demos when you practice the workouts solo
